I have been having issues with squirrels in our walls and so I called Quality Pest Solutions to ask for a inspection/quote. Dale was super efficient, as he came probably about 30 minutes after I called since he had time in his schedule. Although sadly there were no obvious points of entry and so likely I have a roofing issue I need to fix, Dale was still at least able to give me lots of goods tips and tricks on what to look out for. And he gave me a good idea of what I should be expecting, hopefully with the squirrels leaving on their own by the end of the month. Although he was not able to get rid of the pests (not his fault in the slightest, just unfortunate circumstances), he still provided as much help as possible and was very nice about everything. I would highly recommend Dale and Quality Pest Solutions to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, if needed.

Had our first appointment that assessed our property. Dale was our technician. He was knowledgeable, was honest for telling us what would help and what we didn't need. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. The service was thorough and done in a timely manner. I'm glad we found QPS!

Dale came over to assess the situation and told us that we were practically on the right path all by ourselves. He gave us the advice we needed to complete the treatment of our rodent problem all by ourselves and suggested that we call him if we were not able to take care of it. This is the reason to go with small businesses. They are more honest than the big guys. He saved us money by being honest. We have decided that we will contact him the next time we have ant problems (as we have frequently in the past) and will recommend him to any of our friends in the area who are also experiencing rodent issues. Support small guys like Dale, they'll give you the straight skinny and not lie to you just to get money like the big guys.

Called because of possible mice problems. Did a complete check of basement, attic, and cupboards. Showed me signs of a little bit of mouse droppings in basement, but nothing else. He stated problem was very small and told me how to handle myself, and what products he recommended. Did not try to push unneeded services. Will call back if problem re-occurs. Appreciate his work ethic.
